CARING FOR NATURE

We want to improve biodiversity locally - that is, we want to do our bit for wildlife - so we can all see more wild flowers, birds and animals in and around Yatton and Congresbury.
We arrange guided walks throughout the year and hold public meetings to inform local people about the wildlife on our reserves. By arrangement, access to our reserves for purposes of education, scientific research, surveying and monitoring is possible within the constraints of our Reserves Access Policy.

We also organise work-parties for local people and have a special link with the Duke of Edinburgh's Award scheme. Members can gain knowledge, experience and skills in practical work.
